Clifford Kennedy Berryman was a graphic commentator on politics in Washington DC. He obtained autographs from some of America's most famous and influential people of the time. Berryman illustrated each page with a caricature of the signator, including his most famous - Theodore Roosevelt and the "Teddy Bear."
